Job Description: 

  • Responsible to troubleshoot the root cause analysis for production issues, resolve them and maintain the reports
  • Responsible for participate in all stages of the product development and support processes
  • Should be able to work closely and coordinate with the support and development team 
  • Will be responsible to coordinate and follow up with external parties for issues resolution
  • Will be responsible for analysing and writing MySql/Mongo queries to check and share the logs and also check the issues
  • Should be able to analyse application and server alerts, stability trends and work with development team to get them resolved
  • Should be able to write and execute ETL Jobs, basic UNIX shell Scripting, Cronjobs and schedule them.
